How do I sign a contract?

Upload your PDF or DOCX file, add signature fields in the editor, pay the fee, and then sign the document. You'll receive the signed PDF via email.

How do I send a contract to others?

After adding signature fields, choose "Send to Others" and enter the email addresses of up to 10 signers. They'll receive email invitations to sign.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF and DOCX (Microsoft Word) files up to 25MB in size.

Are electronic signatures legally binding?

Yes, electronic signatures are legally binding under the ESIGN Act (US) and similar laws in most countries. SwiftInk uses DocuSeal for compliant e-signatures.

How much does it cost?

Self-signing costs $3.00 per contract. Sending to others costs $4.99 per contract (includes up to 10 signers).

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available if the signing process hasn't been initiated. Contact support@swiftink.ai for assistance.

How do I access my signed contracts?

Use the "List my contracts" feature in ChatGPT or ask SwiftInk to send you an email with all your contracts and download links.
