Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwiftInk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

SwiftInk provides electronic signature and contract management services that allow users to:

• Upload PDF and DOCX documents
• Add signature fields to documents
• Sign documents electronically
• Send documents to others for signature
• Track document signing status

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6-digit access code and for all activities under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

• Self-Sign: $3.00 per contract
• Send to Others: $4.99 per contract (up to 10 signers)
• Owner + Others: $4.99 per contract

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable once the signing process has been initiated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

6. Electronic Signatures

By using our Service, you acknowledge that electronic signatures created through SwiftInk are legally binding to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the ESIGN Act and UETA in the United States.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process your documents solely for providing the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

SwiftInk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
